By downloading or using the Chickostan application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Application

Chickostan is a personal on-device multi-column tally counter that uses a two-phase pin-then-tick interaction to help you record daily counts and view seven-day sparklines. Chickostan is a general-purpose counting utility and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice.

2. License to Use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Chickostan on compatible devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules.

3. Local Data Responsibility

Because Chickostan stores all columns, tallies, and mark logs locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. Deleting the app or resetting columns permanently removes those local records.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chickostan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of Chickostan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of data arising out of or related to your use of the application.
